The Guild of Cogs calls him a menace; the sewer-dwelling Rat Queen claims he’s her bastard prince. Tock cares only for the next thrill, the next heist, the next moonlit sprint across cathedral spires where he screams blasphemies only sparrows understand. Tonight’s target? The Grand Chronometer’s heartbeat—its glowing mainspring. He’ll either steal time itself or die grinning, teeth sunk into eternity.
